Don Larson

Since founding MCF, Don has served in the lead role in business development, identifying areas where clients can gain measurable productivity improvements through the application of technology. His focus has been on enabling business processes with web-based solutions for clients ranging from small multi-million dollar firms to members of the Fortune 100.

Don spent five years on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Serving at multiple duty stations, he left the Navy as a Lieutenant.

Don founded a weekly radio program, Capitalist Cleveland which concentrates on entrepreneurial business development in North East Ohio.

Govind Davis

As a Partner in MCF, Govind has served as the lead role for designing custom business process solutions for MCF customers. The philosophy behind his methodology is to work closely with clients to develop a deep understanding of their unique business process culture and then design solutions to fit their environment. This process has led to the successful deployment of more than 50 custom applications.

Govind spent three years as a Web 2.0 architect for a multi-billion dollar consumer products company driving solutions throughout Global Sourcing. His development efforts tied together multiple North American locations with 3rd party suppliers in Asia. Hundreds of millions in purchasing dollars have run through his internally developed web applications.

Mike Hansborough

As a Partner in MCF, Mike applies more than 20 years of business process leadership and design to ensure MCF delivers the right solution to our customers as well as an efficient and effective project engagement. Using our methodology of simultaneous process and application design, where the power of PaaS and Web 2.0 tehnologies are applied alongside the proven techniques of Lean and Six Sigma, Mike works with our clients and our development team to drive success and ultimately our goal of extreme customer satisfaction.

Mike served as an active duty officer in the U.S. Navy, and has since provided leadership of people and processes through a diverse set of experiences from Engineering Management in high volume distribution, warehousing, and large-scale JIT manufacturing to Director level positions in Product Development, Process Improvement, Quality Control, IT Enviromnt Support, Global Sourcing and Logistics, and Product Management/Marketing. His wealth of experience allows MIke to quickly grasp  problems and challenges faced by our clients to provide keen insight into the best ways to solve them.
